Since its refurbishment in 2014 this town centre pub has become increasingly popular. There are six handpumps on the main bar and over 100 UK and international bottled beers available. A covered courtyard features a Cocktail and Gin Bar. Many ciders are available and the pub is a multiple winner of the local CAMRA branch's cider pub of the year award. The menu is based around Pieminister pies.
