A friendly, handsome old pub in the village centre, serving a normally one regular beer and two maybe three guest ales and one traditional style cider. Pleasant terrace out at the front and small courtyard garden to rear. A large single bar with the bar itself made from old cider barrels and a small dining room adjoining. There is a skittle alley which also acts as a function room. Food is sourced locally.
