A busy traditional locals pub. Food not served but opening soon according to their website, but customers may bring in and eat fish and chips from restaurant next door. Entertainment is provided with darts, pool and cards. The old bat and trap pitch has been converted into outdoor seating and a children's play area. In addition, there is a karaoke or disco evening once a month, and regular pool competitions are a popular fixture.
