Converted from an old stables many years ago, the slightly shabby exterior of the Coulard belies a friendly pub with a warm welcome. The central island bar overlooks a large interior space with thick walls, wooden roof beams and a large fireplace. 2 pool rooms, a quiet nook and a couple of TVs showing sporting events entertain the mixed clientele of locals and RAF personnel.

No food is served. Disabled access is via the cellar.

No longer selling any real ale.
