Tucked away down a back lane between houses in the village centre, this small pub was converted from a pair of cottages. The wood-panelled bar room is heated by a large log fire. The lounge is predominantly used as a restaurant, with occasional live music on Friday evening, and the quiet conservatory provides more space for drinking and dining. Food is available evenings only during the week, all day at weekends.
