Council cuts pubs’ rates bills

There’s good news on tap for South Oxfordshire’s pubs after the district council approved a one-off, top-up rates relief scheme for 2026/27.  The discretionary scheme will give eligible pubs an additional 15 per cent off their business rates helping them tackle rising costs and remain at the heart of communities across the district.
