Hero backs heroes

Alf Turner, the award-winning brand backed by Dragons’ Den entrepreneur Peter Jones, will be selling its Hero IPA in 174 Craft Union pubs from 5 November. The timing has been chosen to coincide with Remembrance Day (11 November), giving customers the chance to raise a glass in honour of the UK’s armed forces community. Part of the proceeds from every pint sold will go to Help for Heroes, the national charity supporting wounded, injured and sick veterans and their families.
