COVID-19 Response

This document gives an overview of the government resources currently available to pubs affected by COVID-19. It covers information for the UK as a whole, as well as resources available specifically in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. This represents our understanding of the current situation, and will be regularly updated to reflect any changes.

An open letter to tied tenants, from the Pubs Code Adjudicator (PCA), explaining important tenant rights in the Pubs Code that may help them especially during the current period of Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions.
