This Pub is Permanently Closed

Demolished c.1/12/1987, site is now car sales business. Closed c.1/12/1986. History: Former Daniel Clifton, then Duttons, then Whitbread house. Appears to have ended its days as a Tetley house however. Opening Times magazine Aug 1987 reported it as 'boarded up for ages'.
