Sun 01 Sept 2024 - The pub building had been demolished and the site had been cleared with one single large JCB present behind temporary metal security fencing.

Planning application submitted to Neath-Port Talbot Council on Tue 06 Dec 2022 and approved on Fri 20 Oct 2023:

P2022/1043 | Demolition of fire damaged former public house building and construction of 4 no. semi-detached dwelling houses, 1 no. detached dwelling house (5 houses in total) and associated development | 24 Bryn Road Cwmllynfell SA9 2FJ
