Kellerbier. A traditional beer style that is usually served direct from the barrel in the beer gardens of Munich. We've kept our recipe nice and simple, with a small amount of Munich malt to bring a malty bite to the beer paired with Mandarina Bavaria hops to bring notes of mandarins and melons. VISUAL: Light straw, with a big foamy head. AROMA: Notes of honeydew and cantaloupe melons as well as mandarin zest all pop out of the glass alongside those classic lager bready notes. TASTE: Sourdough bread maltiness with a refreshing citrus zip at the end. MOUTHFEEL: Medium Body, with initial bitter bite quickly tempered by a fruity sweetness.
